"Connected easily"
My Kardia device paired with my phone almost right away. I did have one little Bluetooth issue, and I was ready to be annoyed, but restarting the app fixed it. It’s been working fine since, which is really all I needed.

"Setup was easier than I expected"
Getting it set up was straightforward. I didn’t have to spend much time figuring things out, which was a nice change.

"Surprisingly easy to use at home"
I thought I might be overestimating how easy this would be for me, since I’m not exactly great with tech. But setup was way simpler than I expected. The app walked me through each step, and taking a reading only takes about a minute. Maybe I was worried for nothing, because it’s been really straightforward to use. It’s nice having it ready at home whenever I need it.

"Pretty useful, app can be a little flaky"
I’ve been liking the device overall, and the readings are genuinely helpful to have. The only thing is the app can be kind of hit or miss. Sometimes it connects right away, and other times it just sits there until I restart it. I’ve also had a couple recordings not save, which is frustrating. Still, when everything works, it’s a nice little tool to have. I just wish the app was a bit more dependable.

"Report was vague and the verification got annoying"
The cardiologist report I got back felt generic and didn’t really give me much detail to work with. I still ended up having to ask my own doctor to explain what it actually meant. On top of that, having to go through verification more than once was really frustrating and made the whole process feel more annoying than it needed to be...

"I’m picky about devices feeling..."
I’m picky about devices feeling solid, and the Kardia meets my standard. It doesn’t feel cheap at all, the case and buttons feel sturdy and well made. My only small complaint is that I wish the cover felt a bit tougher for carrying it around day to day

"Worth it for the peace of mind"
I was on the fence about the subscription at first. Didn’t really want another thing to pay for. But it’s been worth it. Easy to check my readings. Easy to keep track of history for my doctor too. For the price, it gives me peace of mind. So yeah, I’m happy with it...

"It works fine when it actually has..."
It works fine when it actually has power, but the battery life has been disappointing. I don’t even use it every day, and somehow it still dies faster than I expected, which is just—yeah, kind of annoying.

Changing the batteries gets old fast, and half the time I’m not sure if the device is acting weird or if the battery is low again. For the price, I really thought it would be better. It’s not awful, but I wouldn’t say I’m impressed either.

"Pretty handy for quick heart checks, right?"
I’ve found this useful when I just want to do a quick heart check, especially for some peace of mind. It’s not always super clear what the results mean though, and I sometimes wish it explained things a bit better. Still, it’s nice to have something like this on hand, don’t you think?

"Really easy to send to my doctor"
I’ve been using AliveCor for a bit now, and the thing I like most is being able to send my ECGs to my cardiologist when something feels... not quite right. Instead of trying to remember what happened or explain it later, I can just share the reading. It’s straightforward, and then my doctor can actually see what was going on. Kind of a relief, really. Just helps me feel a little more at ease

"ECG works well enough for me"
The ECG readings seem decent overall, though every now and then they feel a little off or inconsistent. I wouldn’t say it’s perfect, but for my own use, I think it does the job well enough.

"Pretty sure support took way too long"
I might be forgetting some of the back-and-forth, but what I do remember is waiting a long time for replies and still not getting my issue fixed. It felt like every response took forever, and by the end I was just frustrated.

"It does what it’s supposed to do and..."
It does what it’s supposed to do and has been helpful, but the costs add up way faster than I expected. At first I thought it was reasonable, but after seeing how quickly the charges stack up, I’ve kind of lost trust in it. I’m not saying it doesn’t work, because it does, but I don’t feel great using something when I’m constantly wondering what it’s going to end up costing me.
